Peppered Baby Potatoes 

So simple to make a supper dish out of baby potatoes.

Serves 2-4


500 grams Baby Potatoes
150 grams of Peppered Farmhouse Cheese for example Cooleeney Pepper Dunbarra

Cooking time:
1 Hour


Boil the potatoes and crush very lightly with a fork or cut into thick slices. Put into an oven proof dish and cover with slices of peppered farmhouse cheese. Put under a grill until the cheese melts and begins to go golden.

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy with a crisp green salad and a glass of chilled white wine.
