150 ml of Port
150 ml of Cream
Blue Cheese for example Cashel Blue or Wicklow Blue
Combine the blue cheese, port and cream and reduce for about 15 minutes over a moderate heat. More cheese, port or cream can be added depending on the consistency you wish to achieve.
