Goats Cheese Dip

Serves 2-6

Ingredients
350g of Soft Goats Cheese for example Gortnamona
500g of Greek Yogurt

Cooking time:
2 – 5 minutes

Method
Simply mix half goats cheese and half Greek yogurt. Place  into a food processor and whiz until the mixture is at the correct consistency. Remove and add some salt and pepper and there you have it.
